Terms and Conditions for Product Claim

1. Please submit your request for product evaluation to the administrator, including attached photos and videos. Approval for return is subject to the brand's discretion.

2. Customers must notify us of any exchange requests within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Products must remain unwashed and unaltered from their original factory condition.
